All UK orders over £150 are automatically entitled to FREE delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, DON JEANS cannot accept any accountability for any lost or damaged packages or packages delayed due to courier.

All International orders are sent on a tracked and signed for delivery service. You will be sent your tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched.

Please note we will not be held responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur on international orders. These charges will need to be paid by you (the customer).
